This fully-furnished, spacious Miami Shores home features 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms plus a half bathroom and an additional Den/Office with a cozy pull-out couch. It has original wood floors, a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, and custom cabinetry. The home has an open floor plan with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors allowing for ample natural light with a view of the backyard, and its mango and avocado trees. There is a covered bar outside perfect for entertaining and an attached garage which provides additional storage and includes a new large capacity washer and dryer. Since these photos were taken the windows have been replaced with brand new hurricane impact windows. There is also additional furniture - the house is fully equipped and ready to move in. Centrally located, minutes to downtown, Design District, Wynwood, and Beaches.
