The good: We like the location of the condo. It was close to plenty of places to shop & eat. An easy drive to Miami and has an assignment parking spot included. We had a later check in & Lio was patient & understanding with us. The condo fit out needs as a family of 4. The water pressure in the showers was great! And the view of the sunset from the terrace is wonderful. The bad: At 1st glance the condo appeared to be clean but we soon found out it was just a surface clean. The bathroom sink had a gross layer of black build up area the overflow drain. That means there has not been a good scrub down in a long time. I couldn't turn on the shower in the tub/shower combo so I had to use the stand alone shower which could also use a deep cleaning & felt claustrophobic. There were ants in the living room & kitchen even though there was no food. I purchased cleaning supplies to wipe the counter & table down but the ants kept coming. If you plan on using the kitchen make sure you throughly wash everything yourself beforehand. I used the blender and some knives and they both had old dried up food, especially the blender blades which really grossed me out.
