Two back to back bookings. 1st one, host canceled just shy of 24 hrs of my arrival. 2nd booking, host non-responsive and we couldn’t gain access to the property. We forced to stay in a “box” of a hotel room. Just a TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience!!!!
