Great stay, rooms are comfortable, pool was nice. Free breakfast was omelets, biscuits & gravy, bacon & sausage. Several other items. Staff was all very friendly. Small bar in hotel, has great food.

The room was NOT clean. There were carpet stains and stains on the pullout couch. We also had to call maintenance for the tub being clogged up. The elevator went down and so did the key card machine. There was a line to be escorted to your room because they couldn’t make keys.

This property is outdated, you see it right when you enter the lobby. Slow elevator, Shower water puddles, AC was inconsistent to say the least. Service was great, courteous staff. Breakfast options are limited, but okay.
This was above the AC Unit, almost mold like.
The carpet in front of the AC unit was wet.

We didn't have keys to enter our room because the key system was down so management had to open the door for us. The elevator stop working with one of my family members in it for an hour. There were no eggs for breakfast. The waffle machine should've been refilled but it wasn't. The shuttle wait was every hour just to go to the airport which was 20 minutes away. The housekeeper knocked on my door twice after I told her we were checking out. She came back again 10 minutes later and opened the door all before 12 00 check out. I stopped her and asked why and she said sorry. Other than her the housekeeping staff were nice. The staff was very helpful and nice. Management did a great job reassuring us that everything was going to be handled. They were very attentive and made my stay more comfortable. The rooms were clean and spacious.

We didn't get to take advantage of all this hotel had to offer. We arrived after happy hour ended and we left before breakfast started. It was clearly dark outside so we didn't get to see the lagoon or enjoy the great patio. That was our fault/problem. BUT I can say that the staff was very kind. We checked in with a gentleman named Jesse that was smiling (even at the end of his shift) and kind and asked me how my flights had been and how my day was and seemed genuinely interested in my experience as a customer. He explained what to expect with breakfast and happy hour and you don't always get service on this level at some hotels. Anyway, we'd certainly stay here again. This time it just happened to be a quick overnight after a flight before we drove off in our rental car the next morning but the stay was everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and had a desk and sofa and plenty of room to move around and be comfortable with 3 adults in a room together. Parking is paid via QR code and was easy to manage. Will be back when we're in the MIA area again!

The breakfast was nice, but not too rich(it’s not like buffet like) the lobby area is clean, bar is good and the personal very nice! Pool is small but doing its job if you want to get relaxed The back view is charming and this is the best way to start your morning! The room is clean but smells like mold and I think we saw it on the furniture and windows. But very quite even if it’s right near the airport if you need rest after long trio

Our first room was dirty. There were stains on the mattress. And there was a moldy cigarette smell in the hallway and room. Jessie so kindly moved us to a different room and it was much better but still had a little moldy smell we did sleep well, thankfully Our second room was the same way. It was very dirty smelling You could tell the level five needed a remodel Jessie went above and beyond making us comfortable catering to our knees. He did very well during a busy time with everyone checking in and needing things. The lady at the front desk in the morning after 8 AM was kind of helpful, but it seemed like there might’ve been a language barrier

My family and i enjoyed our 2nd stay after a cruise from Port of Miami. The staff is friendly. The shuttle driver took us to a near by mall for shopping. The breakfast was decent with a variety of choices. Will visit again.
