This 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms modern home that is well lit and perfect for weekly/monthly stays. 2 50 inch Roku tv with working remotes. The front yard and backyard are very spacious. All supermarkets and fast food restaurants are walking distance. The house is also 10 minutes from sunny isle beach, Haulover beach, Oleta Rive state park, Greynolds park and Oak Grove park. If guests smoke inside they will be charged $500
