The Elser is so convenient to the Bayside shopping venue, restaurants, as well as the cruise terminal (just a short ride over the bridge) We were impressed with how secure this hotel felt; there was security right at the doors and access to your room starts at the elevators where you must use your room key to pick which floor to go to. As a hotel guest we only had access to our floor, the pool terrace, the workout level, and the lobby. Assuming they do this for the safety of the residents that live there as well. Our room was equipped with a kitchenette, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and fridge Great view from our balcony. Would recommend and stay again!

The cleanliness. The location was great.We also liked that there were some very good choices for dining at various levels of restaurants. It was also close to the Airport . I would highly recommend it. Being a bit conservative I think that the dress code of some guests was very distasteful, otherwise I enjoyed my stay. Staff were great.

We got in after a day of traveling. Didnt even unpack anything yet. We laid down for a about 20-30min on top of the covers. Thats when i noticed a bug on the head board. Once i noticed that i frantically woke up the wife to see that there 2 more bugs around the initial 1. When i pulled the comforter and pillows there was 6 more alive ones under that. I stopped looking after that because I was afraid of what I could've found. The hotel manager was apologetic and refunded our money and upgraded our room. Nevertheless the overall experience was terrible and I learned my lesson that no matter how many "Stars" a hotel has I will tear apart the bed before we sit on it.

bed comfort was good. Options for meals was varied. All within walking distance. Bayside was right across the street. Definitely will choose to stay next time we visit which will be during Basketball season !

Overall i enjoyed my stay. The hotel is properly cleaned and maintained. The rooms are spacious and have everything you could possibly need in an apartment. The view from hotel is fantastic. My only is issue is the check in time is at 4pm which is very late. I had to pay $150 extra to check in early because i needed to shower and rest.
