Fantastic place to stay, however with big events they should allow you to check in when you arrive if from out of town. We arrived at 12 and had to wait until our room was “ready” at 4 we were supposed to get a text but 4 came and went I waited until 5 before I asked and they had forgotten to let us know.

Fantastic gym and pool. They have a mini restaurant in the lobby that serves dinner only. No room service but there’s plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I was there while they were under construction and it was still relatively clean. Beds were extremely comfortable and the views were spectacular. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very quick. Despite not having the convenience of room service or full service restaurants, I would go back because of the customer service

The lady at the front desk forgot my luggage and I have nothing to change after swimming, I have to go to the front desk get my luggage with my sweat pants and almost get a bad cold. Except for that, everything is good

Property was excellent. Staff was great! My only complaint was the lack of housekeeping and when they finally came they half cleaned the suite. I was refunded 1 night of amenities fees for the inconvenience.

Amazing experience. This is our second time staying at this property. All of the staff are courteous, friendly and accommodating. The amenities are excellent. Everything is clean and well kept. Views from the room are incredible.

Really enjoyed the stay ! We wish we came 2 days before our cruise! Right across the street is Bayside with plenty of dining and things to do ! The pool was wonderful!
