Hotel was very good. We received a free upgrade to a suite and a free drink while waiting to check in. Pool area was very nice. Good location across street from Bayside Marketplace. Only bad thing was the time they cleaned the room and did not give us any toilet paper at all. Nothing on toilet paper holder and none in drawer where they had the extra paper when we checked in. Also did not give us hand towels which were there at check in. I called to ask for them to bring toilet paper and towels. Worker who brought them was not friendly, looked unhappy, and did not say anything. All other staff were nice and friendly.

The location is unbeatable—right across from the bay and just a short walk or Uber ride to everything you could possibly need. The hotel had an exciting, bustling energy, making it feel like a true hotspot, yet it was impressively clean and well-maintained. The residence-style suites struck the perfect balance between comfort and luxury, making it feel like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the Beach Club—absolutely stunning! My only regret? Not carving out more time to soak up the incredible views and ambiance. If you're looking for a stylish, vibrant, and convenient place to stay in Miami, The Elser Hotel is the place to be!

The hotel was nice but three things I didn’t care for- 1- Paid for a suite for two nights. Nice room except there was no rooms service on our two night stay. I would have at least hung up the two towels we were given if I knew this. 2- The valet parking is notorious! I thought I could pull up to the the entrance of the garage and someone would park the car…….. instead I had to drive around the block and wait in a line of cars in order to park. All these cars were Ubers waiting to pickup guests. 3- The elevators. By the time I carried all my luggage to the assigned elevator, it would close!! The hotel was not worth the extra money I paid. The staff was very friendly at least!

We would recommend The Elser for anyone who loves to walk and enjoy the Florida sunshine. If you like sports, the Kesaye center is across the street as well as Bay Front Marina with food, shopping yacht watching. Great all around.. Do it..
