Perfect stay for our cruise!

This is a fantastic hotel. The suites are well appointed, clean, and spacious. The staff goes above and beyond, and the location downtown, food, nightlife, mass transit, the pier is PERFECTO! The security keying system was also very nice. An excellent feature! We stayed two nights before getting on our cruise and one night after our cruise. Deneb, the front desk attendant was exceptional! She was very professional, helpful, and gave us with an early check in after our return from our cruise. This is the perfect hotel for your cruising adventures! We cannot wait to come back!

Exceptional Service

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. They greet you at the door. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The bellman gave us a tour of the building and explained the sofisticated elevator system. I felt very secure while I was here. The room was equipped with a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. The cocktail table actually lifts up into a dining table. All I can say is WOW! I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Miami.

Hotel is okay. Nothing special except the Gym. Gym was big with a lot of good equipment. Nothing open after 10pm for food, drinks or room service, not even for water or juice. But a 7-eleven two blocks down. Took over an hour the first night to get bedding for the pull-out couch. Would stay again for an overnight tri[ but not for a vacation stay.

Modern hotel in a great location. Next to the Kaseya Center, Bayside Market, Port of Miami and much more. Uber is readily available. Friendly staff. Well appointed rooms. Would definitely stay here again

The hotel was cool and very tech advanced. I had issues with the surprise parking fees. $75/ night. Otherwise you had to try and find a lot nearby to park you car. Additional, I had a hard time understanding the staff. Other than that I liked the hotel.

Exceptional hotel!

Exceptionally friendly, welcoming staff and beautiful, spacious apartment with excellent view of the bay. Lovely pool with great outdoor seating areas on the terrace and comprehensive gym. The location is very convenient to public transportation and bayfront attractions. Onsite restaurant is a bit pricey, tho the food is tasty, but there are also nice restaurants within walking distance. Also, loved the free access to the Savoy Hotel beach club with kounge chairs and umbrella on miami beach!!
