Great location, everything else is not that good

Great location. Very lengthy check-in with constant requirements to go somewhere else to put deposit to have another thing. Aged building, filthy bathroom with mold. Nasty looking vents in rooms.

The beach and ocean view was beautiful. Furniture and appliances are all new and modern, worked well. The pillows could be upgraded as they were very flat and lumpy. As a landing spot the condo worked great. The bathroom needs fixing and updating, mold, peeling paint and the toilet hardly flushed. this property is owned by a third party, managed by another, run by the tides and listed on Expedia. When I first contacted the property online I didn't get response for two weeks. Be prepared to be flexible in your stay, we were able to get into our room after business hours but our names weren't in the system so we had to come back twice to get checked in. The lines in the morning for check in are super long, come back later if you can. Overall, a good experience but definitely room for improvement.

The location and beach access is excellent. The condo itself has been upgraded in some areas, however, the bathroom could use a complete overhaul. The standing shower has filthy grout that looks like it's never cleaned. Check-in/out process with the building can be lengthy also with lineups.
