First I want to say the staff was super friendly and wonderful. I would give them five stars alone. However, there must be construction currently happening, and every night in the middle of the night, it sounded like some was revving up their motor cycle next to our room for hours in the middle of the night, each night. We are to one to complain, but this was exceptionally loud and lasted for extended periods of time. It was super difficult to sleep. Other than that I really commend the staff, they even sent us champagne and strawberries which was awesome. They were super sweet.

O Hotel em si foi ótimo, e a equipe muito solicita, o único problema foi o barulho, escutávamos todos passando e falando alto no corredor, mas o pior foi o quarto ao lado que passou a noite toda escutando música alta, qdo foi 3:30 da manhã liguei na portaria e eles resolveram, mas com isso penso q o hotel deveria melhorar a acústica, afinal é um hotel de alto padrão. No mais a equipe foi fantástica, desde a recepção ate a equipe da piscina.

Room was very nice but the overall resort stay didnt feel like a luxury stay worthy of the Trump brand. It was like a new owner took over a Ritz Carlton and started pinching pennies and cutting corners. No complimentary water in the rooms; no jugs of complimentary sun screen at the pool. All sorts of stupid stuff like that which made us feel like everything was about skimming some extra bucks off us. Why not raise the room rayes $20 a night and make the stay feel luxurious? I paid for this a month or two before I arrived. Why would the management of this property want me to start thinking about cost again during my stay? How dumb. Add $25 a night to the room cost and make the stay easy and I would have felt way better during my stay.
