Me and my wife stood at this resort this past weekend. On our third night we woke up with bedbug bites all over our bodies. Let staff know and they didn’t seem to care much. Definitely some lack of hygiene in this resort and bad customer service.

Very disappointed!

We are regulars to Trump International & their Spa. We are very much Trump supporters! However, upon leaving we found fees on our bill that didn’t make any sense. Even worse off…we call valet for our car. We have always given valet gratuity at the end of our stay even though you are charged every day . Today we call for our car and a women from valet comes to our car and says , you didn’t pay valet and you owe us one hundred dollars . We explain that we most definitely did and she said, no you did not! We get out of the car and show her the receipt and of course, it was paid. She wasn’t apologetic what so ever. It was very embarrassing how she treated us as the rest of the valet men were just staring and smirking at us. We left without giving the extra gratuity due to the way they all acted. NOT EVEN 3 MINUTES LATER THE PHONE RINGS WITH “NO CALLER ID” and a man asks for Mike and said, YOU ARE A MOTHER explicit and hung up. We knew it was the valet that called. I immediately called the hotel and asked for the manager and explained exactly what happened. Of course, we can’t prove it because he blocked the call. The manager apologized and said, she was embarrassed for the hotel and would send out an email to all departments. Unfortunately, we will never return to the hotel!

We really enjoyed this hotel. Very good customer service. They’re on it with whatever we needed. And we really like that. They went the extra mile to bring us something to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. Will definitely come back next year.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Beach was nice but room and hotel needs massive updating and maintenance. Marketing team deserves a raise because they definitely make this hotel seem better than it is. Stay here if you want to stay at a trump branded holiday inn.

It was very clean and the ocean frint view was amazing. I do wish there was a self parking option. Everything wlse though is just wonderful. Beautiful hotel. Family friendly.

This hotel is in a great location with easy access to the beach and the rooms and the lobby and the common area are clean and well-maintained and the staff was friendly.

Value parking is too expensive per night. We pay good amount for the rooms and the suites, I would expect since I paid good amount of $$ to upgrade to a 2 bedrooms suite, I would expect valet would be free at least for suites upgrade

Washer not working properly

It was a nice resort, but i reserved and paid for a suite with a washwr and dryer. Unfortunately, the washer did not work properly. The staff came to fix it but it stayed inoperative

Beautiful property with amazing ocean views. The service is phenomenal and staff were very helpful and welcoming. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Gili’s is a must. Would definitely recommend and we will be back.
