Trump international was very nice. The best part was being at the pool and we were very well taken care of by Glenesha. She was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly and her service was excellent. Just a heads up to anyone wanting to stay here, it is a beautiful resort right off the beach. Can’t beat the location. However, be aware that there is a $50 a night charge in addition once you get there AND they make you put $550 down and will be refunded but they hold it. I wanted you to be aware bc my husband and I had a budget and almost half of it was “frozen” bc of just wanting to stay here. Plus an extra $150 spent I’m sure they say this is housekeeping and beach usage but still annoying.

The staff was basically nonexistent. The phones were not answered from our room. The “fees” are beyond crazy. Nowhere near worth the money. Completely disappointed with the experience. Best part of the stay was the young lady who mad the $12 coffee. Water pressure was terrible and either lava hot or ice cold. Was there for 5 days. No option to self park.

Room was not ready the adjourning room for my kids got changed then there was loud noise all night, room got changed 4 times. Spent more time packing, unpacking and moving then actually relaxing. Worst stay ever.

The Beach life is nice. Service is slow, the chair & towel personal are great. Tip them. We brought our own alcohol on the beach because service is slow and expensive. Probably a Floriday thing??
