What can l say? $1000 per suite per night and our room was not ready to check in at 4pm. So, we had to sit and wait for more than an hour with 3 kids in the lobby because we were exhausted after two flights. My mom was sleeping on the couch. Moreover, they gave us room key only for one room although we booked two rooms. So, I had to go back and wait in the line again to get the second room key. Also, couldn't retrieve our luggage for an hour. The only good thing about this hotel is the view.

The food was way too expensive for someone just staying at a hotel. We had to either walk or drive to find reasonably priced food. It was 12.00 for one little airline bottle in the mini bar. I can by one of these for a 1.50.....really guys?? The staff was great and treated us very respectfully.

the property was beautiful! The staff was amazing! Beach access was great! The staff at the beach were top notch! The only complaint i have at all is we couldnt seem to get our room serviced. But part of that was on us. Anytime we needed anything they would provide.

All the people that worked at the Hotel were extremely nice and helpful , even when we checked in late at nite! Ray was especially nice! I would stay here again!
