The property was great and perfect to walk the Marina or into the village for coffee, breakfast, dinner and drinks. The place was well equipped for our stay for coffee, light snacks. It could use an indoor seating area so the bed is not the only option, fortunately the weather was lovely so we used the balcony with a beautiful view

Clean well done unit in a nice building. Nice balcony, everything is updated and in excellent working condition. Great grove location and water view. Would stay again. One of the best spots in Miami.

Super apartment in great location

All comms prior to our stay were great & guided us in until the day we arrived.The entrance to Arya was a lovely surprise more hotel than apartment block.The apartment itself was perfect for us from cleanliness, through to facilities & location. With the addition of a chilled bottle of wine & water we were super happy.The only issue we had was with WiFi connection for the TV which was porr & we kept losing signal
