Situated on the shores of Lake Kai, this home features a large outdoor living space on the water, bike shed, kayaks, outdoor shower, and sleeping space for up to 14 guests. With a main floor primary bedroom, this home is a great fit for multi-generational families.
The Beachwalk Resort community offers renter access to all resort amenities, including heated pool, splash pad, toddler pool, private lake, stand-up paddle boards, kayaks, fishing, paddle boats, tennis courts, basketball courts, clubhouse, on-site cafe, and more. A boardwalk path to Lake Michigan allows easy access to Sheridan Beach.

We enjoyed our stay. The location of the house was great. Kai lake is not really a lake you’d want to swim in (although a few do). The pool facilities were great, the common areas with ping pong, pool table, basketball & tennis court, playground and gardens. We moved walking around. The house has its own kayaks, bikes, wagon and chairs for beach, umbrella. We did not see any towels that resembled beach towels, so bring your own. There is a hairdryer. Any cooking items (oil, spices) are not stocked if you plan to do cooking.
