Online advertised a soaker tub in the room I booked but when checking in, the room I received did not have a soaker tub, there wasn’t even a counter in the bathroom, just an exposed sink, a small tub, it was definitely less than I was expecting. The elevator made ungodly noises when moving and i had to get one of my keys reprogrammed after being locked out of my room. I would not stay there again.

I just didn’t like how the air condition under the thing by the window and the jets wasn’t working. Also I wish it could’ve been ok the top floor but the bottom floor is ok too, but overall it’s wasn’t bad at all.

I was in the area for a few days with a friend. The hotel was good for what we paid. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good and the lemon water dispenser in the lobby was nice. The room could have been cleaned better but it was fine for sleeping and bathing.

The lady at the front desk was amazing! She was super busy, and knew her stuff! Took great care of us! Room was clean and atmosphere was perfect! I would suggest staying here!

Room keys wouldnt work. Staff was apologetic but had to let us in and out of our room. This hotel is exteremely noisy. So much noise from other rooms and people yelling and thumping above us, people beating on other doors. The air conditioner in our room was like sleeping with a train on the room and wasn't even keeping the room cool. Overall condition of the building was worn out. So bad we didn't even stay for breakfast or shower in the morning. Left and bought breakfast. We gave up at 5:30am, got up, packed and left. The only redeeming quality of this whole hotel was the wonderful staff. We felt bad for them that they had to deal with this property but they were still positive, friendy and professional!!!

There was nothing good about this property. Our room was very obviously not even vacuumed - there was a piece from a childs toy right in the middle of the floor, along with leaf debris from outside. It was very noisy - not sound proof at all. Our shower leaked constantly. Broken tile in the bathroom. Terribly yellowed "white" towels. I had booked this room for us and another couple and could not have been more embarrassed. Many other choices in the area - DO NOT STAY HERE!

Room was unclean. I don't thinkbthe bathroom was properly cleaned the bathtub had hair in it from previous occupants and the vanity sink taps had toothpaste spatter on it. Everytime felt grimy. Will not be staying here again.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Pool area was ok. Our non-smoking room smelled of smoke very badly. Couch in the room had a lot of bodily fluid "stains" on it that I'm sure would glow under a black light.
