Luxury seaside holiday home – perfect for families! Looking for a comfortable home by the sea for a weekend or a longer holiday? This is the perfect spot! The property received an excellent 4-star rating from Tourism Flanders and is located just 50 meters from the promenade and the beach, with dunes and the hinterland within walking distance. The house was fully renovated in 2017 and accommodates 8 people. Everything is brand new: kitchen, bathroom, toilets, and furniture. There are 3 separate bedrooms with new beds and high-quality mattresses, including a hygienic protective cover: Bedroom 1: double bed (160 x 200) + baby cot Bedroom 2: double bed (140 x 200) Bedroom 3: two bunk beds (90 x 200) Perfect for 4 adults and 4 children (plus a baby). Enjoy the sunset in the garden or on the spacious terrace (25 m²) with teak garden furniture and a comfortable outdoor lounge. Facilities: Garage with automatic gate Wifi and digital (Smart) TV Nespresso machine Bikes and play equipment: 1 ladies’ bike with child seat 1 men’s bike 2 children’s bikes (ages 10 and 6) 1 scooter and 1 very small bike (no training wheels) Wagon, beach toys, baby cot… Additional info: Pets and indoor smoking are not allowed. Die Entfernung zum Strand ist sehr gut. Es handelt sich um eine Doppelhaushälfte. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig. Abzüge gibt es für die Garage welche aufgrund einer sehr steilen Abfahrt maximal für Kleinwagen nutzbar ist, also besser die Parkgebühren mit einkalkulieren Der auf den Fotos abgebildete Toaster war nicht vorhanden und musste vor Ort gekauft werden. Hätte ich es gewusst, hätte ich ihn mitgebracht. Check-in und -out unkompliziert.

Super mooi huisje, goed gelegen! Vlak aan het strand met snelle toegang tot openbaar vervoer en winkels. De keuken is goed uitgerust en alles is aanwezig. Handig om te weten is dat de koffiezet eigenlijk een Nespressomachine is en dat je hiervoor dus best speciale padjes voorziet. Super handig dat er 2 toiletten aanwezig zijn, ook de badkamer is ruim met een goede douche. Ideaal huisje om ook met kinderen te boeken.
