The stay fulfilled its purpose. The gentleman at the desk at check in was helpful but speaking later to the female on the next shift was not as accommodating or friendly. The lobby was under construction, as it had been for months before our stay, but we chose to book regardless.

Worst stay ever!

Checking in was a nightmare. The hotel room was dirty as all get out! Had ROACHES!! Beds were not comfortable. Tv kept messing up. They NEVER came to clean our room the entire stay. So, we had trash pile up. I even called the front desk about it and he said he would send someone and they never did.

Everything, and I mean everything, was filthy. Here is the worst example... They were out of many things for the continental breakfast on Saturday morning to include the waffles. However, I noticed on Friday night when I checked in, all around the sign that said "out of order" was so much uncleaned, dried waffle mix splattered everywhere. The filth was still there on Sunday morning, even after replenishing the bag of waffle mix. In other words, the entire waffle station table hasn't been cleaned in weeks. There was so much hair and gunk in the shower drain that the water got 5 inches deep by the end of a 5 minute shower. The volume is all the way up every time you turn the TV on in room 205 and the remote does not work. The manual controls on the face of the TV are practically invisible so I went down to the office to ask about it. The maintenance person did come within 10 minutes but only showed me how to turn the volume down using the manual button on the TV that you have to get your cell phone light out to find. Finally, Housekeeping did take out the trash and remove the used towels, but did not replace any of the towels. I had to go downstairs and get my own clean towels. Again. I can't say enough about how filthy this place was.

Our first room had roaches although we wanted to live with Randy financial security bracket to just up and leave without getting our money back okay and what we paid for so they moved us to another room which had no roaches but was not clean up to the sun is that a hotel should be cleaned I had to go and get my own stuff to clean it there was this questionable things on the walls in the toilets and the bathtub like nothing was laid out as if they were expected I guess.

dirty and missing light bulb, no shampoo in the bathroom, room phone not working to call the front desk which forced me to walk all the way there, and poor choice for breakfast. I told the front desk and they sent a great guy to replace the bulb and bring shampoo.
