The positives- friendly, courteous staff, playground area for children, on site restaurant, 2 free drinks The negatives- the entire hotel is very outdated! The pullout sofa was so uncomfortable that we had to ask for additional comforters to pad it, which the staff graciously provided

The room looked clean but outdated. Some of the wall outlets looked sketchy like they could catch fire and the bathroom vent covers were covered in dust. The thermostat for the room was very outdated and made it hard to control the temperature in the room I initially booked the room for my daughter's birthday party. One of the main reasons I booked a room there is because they have an indoor pool. They have the Putt-Putt and the little jungle gym for the kids. Not many other hotels in this area have anything like that to offer. We had free breakfast in the morning which was over at 9:00 a.m. It was kind of cold and look like they've been sitting under the warmer for a long time. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I loved all the amenities and everything else was perfect. The only problem I had was that they came to collect the towels, and I asked them to clean the room, but they didn't, and they didn't bring me new towels. I had to go and get them myself.
