he sheets on the bed were dirty, and when I called down to request new ones, they were simply handed to me. There was no apology and no offer to change the sheets or take the dirty ones away. In addition, there were hairs on the towels in the bathroom and what appeared to be a bloodstain on the floor. The pool is indoors, but the water was very cloudy, and it did not look as though any of the pumps or filters were running. My family felt very uncomfortable staying here. The hallway leading to the stairs was also dirty, with visible dust bunnies in the middle of the floor. We will not stay here again.
