I waited over 20 minutes to check in, there was no staff in the lobby. The bathroom wasn’t clean and the towels were dingy and stained.

no batteries in the remote, no place for your clothes a few hangers but anything that doesn't get hung up you could place them on the bench or the side table. lousy water pressure, no place for your suitcase no closet everything is out in the open, sm room even for a king room won't be staying there again

The heat in our first room did not work. We requested assistance and were informed that there are no maintenance personnel available. She would contact her manager to receive approval to check it out herself. We left for dinner and stopped at the desk upon our return. She informed us it was fixed. It was not. The room was 62 degrees, although the thermostat was set to 80 degrees. I called back downstairs and informed her that the heat was still not working. She called her manager again, who finally approved our move to another room. The water pressure in the sink is low, but it's not an issue in the shower.
