This ground floor studio (Cala Azul), 25 m², features a private interior patio adjacent to the other studio’s patio, separated by a fence for visual privacy. It includes a small pool (1.90 m x 1.30 m, 0.60 m deep), perfect for two people; children must be supervised by an adult, ensuring a peaceful and private outdoor space.
The property is located just behind La Cala’s Torreón. The beach, restaurants, shops, and local services are all within walking distance.
La Noria Golf Club is 650 meters away, Chaparral Golf Club is 3.2 km, and Miraflores Golf is 3.7 km away.
