This lovely, recently refurbished apartment is situated in the secure, gated complex of La Cala Hill Club, set in the golfing area on a hillside in La Cala de Mijas. The complex offers wonderful panoramic sea, mountain and golf views and has 3 communal swimming pools, a gym, hot tub and sun lounging area.
This bright and modern apartment is located on the lower ground floor. The apartment is stylishly decorated and has vented A/C throughout. The living space consists of a double bedroom, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen leading into the lounge area. The lounge area is furnished with a sofa, and TV offering international channels. There is an area off the lounge fitted with 2 single beds to accommodate sleeping a total of 4. The lounge area leads out onto a very spacious covered east facing terrace furnished with comfortable seating and dining areas. The terrace offers a wonderful panoramic view over the golf valley to the sea. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, built in wardrobes and benefits from direct access to the covered terrace.
