Huge disappointment

Brand new apartment and very clean but lacked basic amnesties like hand soap or any toiletries throughout the apartment . The listing on VRBO mentioned washer dryer in unit but there is NO washer dryer in the unit . You have to walk to a common laundry that closes at 10 pm and opens at 9 am and we ended up paying 20 euros for the machines . If known I would never have booked this place . No property manager on site or communication back when we raised concerns . Double check everything before you book . Location is very remote too :(
