Welcome to the Paradise! This modern 3 bedroom spacious townhouse with Private Heated Pool located in the heart of the famous La Cala de Mijas, just a 5 min. walk to the beautiful La Cala beach. House is stylishly decorated and very well equipped. Spectacular communal garden facility with 2 saltwater communal pools and a kids pool. On the main level you will find a spacious Living/Dining room with a guest bathroom and an open concept fully equipped modern kitchen with a breakfast bar. Wall to wall glass sliding doors will lead you to the private terrace with direct access to a beautiful community garden and pools. Stylishly decorated living room has a large Smart TV with hundreds of international channels. The 2nd level of the house offers a Master bedroom with ensuite, built in wardrobe and private access to the spacious outdoor terrace with amazing views. the 2nd. and 3rd. bedrooms have full privacy and a shared bathroom.
