Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Main bedroom with king sized bed and en-suite full bathroom with shower. Spacious second bedroom with twin beds and garden view. Separate shower room. Hot and cold air conditioning, separate kitchen with hatch to living room with microwave, hob, full size oven, coffee maker etc. Utility room with washer dryer. Wireless internet and iptv tv. As there is a flight of steps to the property which is on the first floor it is not suitable for those unable to manage stairs.

Es ist eine sehr schöne, sehr gepflegte und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Die Anlage, in der sich die Wohnung befindet, ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt, hat einen tollen Pool und einen sehr schönen Ausblick. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett.Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten am Strand und an verschiedenen Supermärkten und Restaurants. Man kann die Wege aber auch zu Fuß zurücklegen.Die Wohnung liegt optimal für Ausflüge nach Malaga, Granada, Marbella, Estepona, Ronda, Gibraltar...Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in einer gepflegten Wohnanlage mit Pool in Mijas, mit 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bädern und allem was man so braucht für den täglichen Bedarf. Die Strände in der Umgebung sind wirklich toll. Es gibt einige interessante Orte die man erkunden kann, wenn man das möchte. Ein wirklich schöner Urlaub, trotz der hohen Temperaturen, an die man sich aber schnell gewöhnen kann.

Ingrid la dueña del apartamento un diez, atenta y muy preocupada por la estancia. He viajado mucho y no he encontrado mejor anfitrión que Ingrid. He disfrutado mucho de mi estancia. Todo lo que no ha sido de diez en mi estancia no estaba en manos de Ingrid, todo lo que ha podido resolver ella lo ha resuelto con creces. Con propietarios así da gusto

Apartamento acogedor y bien emplazado
El apartamento es tal y como se describe y se ve en las fotos. Para mi está en una relación calidad precio excelente para la zona.
A las playas se llega rápido y las playas de Calahonda, al menos en mi visita, están muy poco saturadas de afluencia, cosa importante en tiempos de pandemia.
La piscina es magnífica y con poca afluencia de vecinos. Nosotros estuvimos solos casi siempre que bajamos. El agua bien cuidada al igual que el césped y los aseos.
Los servicios de la zona son los necesarios: Super Mercados y restaurantes, eso sí, la mayoría orientados al público extranjero. Pero a poco que busques, encuentras sitios de tapeo típico Malagueño y a precios razonables.
Si quieres zonas de "marcha" tienes al lado tanto Marbella/Puerto Banus como Benalmádena/Torremolinos. Ambos con mucho ambiente nocturno.
Por último la relación con Ingrid, la propietaria, ha sido excelente. Se ha esforzado en todo momento por traducirnos al castellano y nos ha solventado las dudas rápidamente.

El titulo lo dice todo, una pega el aire acondicionado los dos últimos días no funciono marcaba el error U4 quiere decir que la unidad interior no tiene comunicación con la exterior lo cual pueden ser dos cosas 1ª el cable que seria el numero 3 o la placa de la unidad exterior ya que la interior acciona, han de hacerle una revisión ya que desde el mando a distancia se podría borrar el error pero no había sino yo se lo podría haber solucionado, aun así necesita una limpieza de ambas partes, pero al margen de eso es ideal para todo, la estancia ha sido fenomenal ; las instalaciones también incluido el garaje, encantado y gracias por todo.
