Severe parking problems. Room with low ceiling in places. Bumped my head several times. Inaccessible and small window. When I asked for an extra towel, the reaction of the lady at the reception was: “why?” And she drilled with questions … The walls are thin. The food and the gym are very good

Motorbike overnight stay

Overall a decent hotel stay . We had a great evening meal with good service and good breakfast. All was good until we checked out ! Again slow service at reception. There were 2 of us on 2 motorbikes and we had parked out of the way of car parking spaces to allow those with cars to use them … we had managed to park in an area where no car could park . I had requested a space when booking our stay and the literature accompanying the hotel detailed that parking was free if a prior request was made . So given that we didn’t take up a car parking space and I requested a space ….. the male receptionist insisted we paid to park despite my objections. He successfully managed to ensure we left with a bad experience from this hotel by this ridiculous action of insisting we paid to park ….. some training in customer service and decision making required. Would not recommend this hotel as a result

The parking was easy. The hotel is nicely situated but a little on the older side. The one restaurant I was refused service but without an explanation as the serving staff didn’t see to speak English well. The buffet was adequate in the other restaurant but wasn’t what I was looking for. I wasn’t in the mood for a mass feeding experience.
