I liked the property but check-in time was supposed to be at 4pm and our room wasnt ready until 5:15pm. It disrupted our plans, plus we had less time to enjoy the room but still had to pay the same amount. I think we should have been given the opportunity to check out an hour late.

It is nice and the new rooms are clean and updated. Nice pool area. The casino wasn’t anything other than what you’d expect. Wait times at food places (plums) took a very long time. Staff overall on casino floor were friendly, front desk older lady who checked us in wasn’t the most welcoming to us as guests. The coffee place is nice.

We absolutely enjoyed our 14th anniversary on Valentine’s Day. It was wonderful thanks a lot. Will be going back. The hospitality was wonderful. The rooms were clean. Oh omg they have wonderful staff. The housekeeping was excellent. Yes, we will be coming back.

1) dining: food was horrible! Fiance got sick and v omited from broasted chicken that seemed deep fried and over cooked. Crab arrived cold with crab cracker until half way through still no fork or wet nap. 2) gambling was horrible! Out of four of us. No one won. Not even $100! 3) staff in Julie in VIP was the positive experience. She was professional and friendly. And tried to make our stay enjoyable. 4) room was nice but the bed was very uncomfortable.

Excellent customer service in all areas of the hotel, restaurant and casino! The rooms were super clean and well thoughtout for convenience. Loved the simple Native American but modern rooms were very inviting.

The large/pre. Space more especially the bathroom and shower combined. Really organized but the housekeeping very rude can’t even knock the door. Checking out it’s 11am but 10am starts to disturbs

We went for a “sisters night” & everything was wonderful! I lost my phone while brining our luggage in & staff contacted security right away & helped me locate it! Our dinner at 1991 was AMAZING! I had the walley dinner & it did not disappoint. Room was clean. Can’t wait to return!
