The hotel is really close to Milan Central station, which was convenient for us as we had quite an early flight so we wanted to be closed. There are shops and restaurants in the surrounding area. The breakfast was really nice, a couple of hot food options and some pastries, yogurts, toast etc. The room was really clean. The only downside was there were no coffee making facilities but the staff were lovely, I couldn't really fault my stay.

This place is super clean and quite located right by the Milan train station. We were in and out and it was perfect for that. If I was there for an extended period of time, it would have been a bit tougher, but loved it for what we needed in the less than 8 hours we were there

The staff and location were excellent the only thing is the heater system that is very hot and you cant control it and when you open the window you hear the tram voice

Stayed here for one night. The heater unit did not work and when we told the front they brought us a space heater. That would have been fine but then it tripped the breaker twice and we could not use it. The place was a bit dingy, but clean. The best about the place was the staff service both at night and the morning. They were helpful and friendly. Location is right by the train station so if you need something convenient and don’t care for extra amenities, then this place is great. If you are wanting a longer stay at somewhere nicer, then I would recommend somewhere else.

Location was superb. Staff was excellent. The property is getting old/carpets & items in the room are getting old. Our room heater was not working. Morning breakfast did not had fresh items like banana, cucumber.

This hotel is perfect location to get around Milan and minutes away from central station. When we arrived check in was quick & helpful, rooms are decent size with clean rooms and super comfy beds.

They turned off our heater because we complained about noisy doors and faucets in restroom. Location is the only reason we selected this place but they think they can ignore all problems with dirty noisy rooms because of their location. My suggestion: find another place near the center and don’t book in this hotel.
