Very close to the train station. Front desk clerks and the evening and morning were very helpful and efficient. Rooms were very nice. Breakfast was inexpensive and very good!

Excellent location for travelling to & from the airport & into the centre, very clean & comfortable beds. Very good breakfast, after room was cleaned room temperature was increased to 26 degrees so had uncomfortable sleep, plus we once couldn’t get in at 10pm as doors were stuck & no one on the reception, so another guest had to prise open the sliding doors. Plus a big disturbance happened with lots of shouting, police arrived, apparently a hotel guest with MH, so not the best sleep! Other than this it was good.

Corridors not very welcoming and could do with refresh and also rooms. Bed and pillows comfortable. Room very basic but clean. Sound proofing terrible. We had to be moved as family room next to us and were very noisy during night. Staff excellent. Breakfast good. Very near station for transport.

This was not a 3 star hotel as marketed. This is more like a hostel. The only good thing is the location. For this price you should be able to stay at a nicer actual hotel.

Cleanliness can be improved. Everything and every corner in the room is very dusty including the towels, bedding and the floor. Ancient hair dryer with a hole in the pipe was inconvenient and unsafe to use. Use sustainability as an excuse to not supply tissue papers but provide paper cups wrapped in plastic (?) for the bathroom. Overall, it’s an old and desperate hotel trying to cut costs by all means. There’s definitely better choices for the same price.

The property was okay, we had issue with the bathroom. Our shower head was broken and the shower divider was not steady and flimsy. The service was very good though. Front desk was friendly and nice.

Staff was great, the room looked pretty old. Not sure if hotel is getting remodeled because that's what it looked like. Breakfast was great, no complaints there, plus it had a great scenery. Location was spot on. Close to the train station. All and all, you get what you pay for.
