Ideal location, close to centrale and the metro. Room was small but clean. The street below is very noisy until about 1am and the again from 4am onwards, bring earplugs. Only 1 pillow provided in room, asked for more at reception and was told there were none available so quality of sleep was poor.

The hotel was great in an excellent location. The room was clean and breakfast was nice. The only issue we had is that the room we got had an unbearable sewage smell coming from the bathroom. We told the front desk that same night we arrived, but he said to talk to the front desk in the morning he couldn’t do anything. The next morning with almost no sleep due to the smell, we asked if we could be relocated to another room, the girl at the front desk, very nicely, said she would talk to the manager to check on the options. The manager did not take the time to approach us to tell us anything, instead, he sent the girl front the front desk to tell us that the hotel was booked every single day we were there. Very unlikely to be fully booked the first few days in December, we started to think maybe the whole hotel has a sewage issue and he problem was in every room. Would not Stay here again afraid that the sewage smell is in every room.

Rooms were not as advertised. Small rooms and bathrooms were not clean. Really small shower cubicle. Photos does not reflect the realities of the hotel.

The hotel was clean and is in a very convenient location near the Central train station. The room wasn’t ready until half an hour past the check in time and the TV was broken in my room. The staff tried to fix it but said it needed to be replaced and were unable to do so in the 3 nights I stayed. It was also incredibly loud, the trash gets taken out around 3am and picked up outside around 7am.
