Comfortable and convenient

We enjoyed our stay! Our room was clean and relaxing. There were plenty of towels and a hairdryer. Very convenient for travelling into Milan by tram, although we walked everywhere (it doesn’t take long to reach the Duomo). A few good cafes nearby and a safe area. Friendly hosts too. Recommended, would stay again. Grazie!

Het hotel was dichtbij de tramhalte een lekker lokaal restaurant en een supermarkt. De kamer was prima in staat en de badkamer ook, alleen de douche was iets te krab en de straal ging te hard af. Verder was het ontbijt prima.

Location was not walking distance to attractions but very accessible (on a direct tram line to most attractions and easy connections to some others). Place felt safe. The room and private bathrm sufficient and suitable for two nights stay. 24 hr cafe nearby was surprisingly handy. People were helpful, friednly.

Affordable hotel close to transport

Hotel room was clean with ensuite facilities. It was on the first floor and faced onto the street but it wasn’t too noisy as the hotel is in a quiet area. The tram stop is directly outside the hotel and brings you to the city centre. There’s a nearby pharmacy and Lidl with small restaurants also on the same street. We paid very little for a 4 night stay so were pleased with the hotel.

Good value, handy location

Good value for Milan during the expo. The hotel is located close to the train station and very convenient for visiting the center. There are two close supermarkets which is excellent. Breakfast was standard Italian continental. Wifi was fast and good signal. The only downside was the beds were soft and you can feel the springs. Other than that great!

Try others first keep it your last option

We spent only oe night here. Its quite far from city centre if u r landing late ngt nd metro is closed. The room was not cleaned and there were ants on beds. The neighborhood looks rough in ngt but was ok during day time. Breakfast was ok. Receptionist was not english speaker during checking in. Overall for one ngt u can consider staying here if u dont get any other option but for more ngts not recommended..

handy location

Basic B&B and what you see in the photos is what you get. The shower stalls were so tiny that we had to shower with the shower door partially open. Other than that, the rooms were clean and there was Wifi. Staff were friendly and helpful and it was easy to get into the city centre from the B&B. It's a good place to stay if all you need is a place to sleep.

Nice comfy rooms but unfriendly staffs

The room was clean and cosy enough. Only complain was with a few of the staffs, on night of check in we found the aircon to be not working and when requesting for assistance with the receptionist, he appeared rather upset that he had to solve the aircon issue. next morning at breakfast we wanted to refill our water bottle from the water tank, but was rulely took by the staff that it was not allowed... And also breakfast seems rather "not fresh" especially the breads

Great staff, especially Emanuela at the front desk. Hotel was adequate for what we needed (a good night's sleep) and thankfully had air conditioning. Wouldn't probably stay again...neighborhood was out of the way.

Hotel is very far from city center but accessible by tram. Finding the hotel is difficult and confusing if you follow the Direction provided at their website. Found ants crawling on the floor and on the bed. We complained and was given an ant killer spray. Don't expecting too much from the complimentary breakfast.

We arrived at night and the neighborhood did not feel that safe, but during the day was ok. The personal in the hotel was friendly and the breakfast was pretty good, better than in other B&B I´ve been in Italy. The room was clean but a bit dark since our window faced the backyard. The location is ok, considering Milano is a big city, but you can take the tram direct to The Duomo and the stop is just in front of the hotel. I will recommend it if you just want a place where to sleep if you are planning to spend the day out.

I would not stay there again, far away 13 tram stations to DOM,cold room, not for a long stay.
