The room (R5) is small and noisy (on ground floor, back of hotel near parking lot and lots of mechanical noise). The "bath towel" was so small that it could neither be used to dry your back nor fit around one's waist (I am not a fatty). Even though there are signs all around the room yelling about how eco-friendly you should, the bathroom amenities are in wasteful little plastic bottles. The hotel gym doesn't even have paper cups to drink water, the man at front desk said unapologetically that it was wasteful and bad for the environment. If you didn't bring a water bottle with you, you cannot drink water at the gym? That's a first! Bed (hard and thin, like a futon), pillows (thin, foam) and sheets (polyester?) make this a two star hotel at best. And one of those tiny corner showers that you cannot move in? Bright spot: breakfast was tasty and the small gym had nice new machines by Technogym.

Cleanliness was a big thing, also the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Wanted to eat outside for dinner, and though there was only inside dining, the staff happily went the extra mile to serve us on the outside, with no complaints, heavily recommend to stay here.

A lovely hotel and staff - I felt right at home.

I was on a solo birthday trip and stayed here. The staff were courteous and friendly. They are very accommodating. The room was very clean, the bathroom was very nice, towels and bathrobe all branded. Bar staff very good and accommodating. The location of the hotel us great, 15mins by tram to the QC spa and to the Cathedral.

Awesome

The experience of our stay at Bianca Maria can be rivaled only by the stunning attractions of Milano itself. The hotel was clean, cozy, and inviting to all. The staff were wonderful and helpful in our navigation of the city. The large windows in our room gave us a nice view of the outside world and brought plenty of light in.

Quiet at night, soundproofing good. Clean, modernish, not a lot of room but very large bathroom. Big window to the street below. Location is good - 20 minute walk to the Duomo on main, lite streets. 5 minute walk to subway. Staff is helpful, speak English. Breakfast not included and is so-so by Italian standards.

The hotel was located in a great area with lots of shops and restaurants. Walking distance to all the tourist attractions and sites. The rooms were perfect. The size and cleanliness and very helpful staff. The only downside was the parking space and very small elevator.

Very nice property. Had an amazing bathroom and shower with a comfortable memory foam bed. Even love the towel warmer/drying rack in the bathroom. I would stay again for sure!
