I liked the area— next to park and also next to food and shopping. Also walkable to tourist attractions. The apartment was large with 2 bathrooms and kitchen. The AC worked well. One bedroom was very good. The second area was the sofa bed, which I called for sheets/linens. Overall I found it very comfortable and I would definitely recommend it.
