We loved our stay at this apartment in Milan. The place was perfect. Elevator was a huge plus. Perfect location in the center of Milan, walking distance to the Duomo, a decent walk to Milano Centrale. Trolley spot near the from of the apartment as well. Highly recommend

AVOID this property, and the management company, “Cleanbnb”. Large apartment in very nice location. No internet. Has supposed mobile hotspot instead of normal internet service, but that DOES NOT WORK. Air conditioning cassettes in many rooms – but the one in the master bedroom is 100% inoperative. Extra part from headboard is behind bed – it makes a rattle noise whenever the is any movement on the bed. (Normal sleeping movements.) Management is company called “Cleanbnb”. The management company refused any more than one set of keys even though two guests were registered, paid, and input ID as required. Cleanbnb was dismissive about lack of internet, and lack of air conditioning. No paper towels or tissues provided. Shower soap MAYBE enough for a single shower. I had a cold shower after the hot water ran out. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
