Ich war das erste Mal in einem Hostel und hatte es mir anders vorgestellt. Schon alleine bei der Ankunft wurde ich herzlich von den Besitzern begrüßt. Die zwei sind richtig nett, zuvorkommend und lustig. Es war ein echt schöner Aufenthalt dort. Wenn ich mal wieder in Mailand bin weiß ich wo ich auf jeden Fall meine Unterkunft buchen werde!

Ayant un empêchement professionnel, je souhaite décaler mon séjour. Apres 9 mails envoyés et 3 appels sans réponse je trouve enfin un interlocuteur, celui-ci est le patron qui m'avoue ne pas avoir regardé les emails depuis 3 semaines !!! Je suis toujours choquée de cette déclaration ! Cependant demande na jamais été traitée et ce n'est pas faute d'avoir encore relancer cet établissement. Une honte pour un hotel, la base de votre métier étant detre présent pour vos clients!!!!!!!! Je déconseille fortement cet hotel!
