Arrived a little late in Milan due to delays, at reception we were told our room wasn’t on the site it was a two minute walk away, we were given a print out told to turn right walk past the supermarket and travel two minutes to block 5. Two minutes later no sight of block 5, we walked round for ages and decided to go back to reception to request a guide to the location only for it to be closed and no one there for advice. Eventually we found our room, nothing like the pictures in a run down apartment block literally twenty seconds from reception. No WiFi or air con which is stated online, no map for instructions or anything. Definitely avoid

La struttura mi ha rilasciato una ricevuta di circa 50 euro inferiore alla cifra da me pagata, dicendo che era quanto effettivamente era stato loro corrisposto. La prossima volta prenoterò direttamente presso l’hotel!

Struttura in buona posizione, appartamento pulito e ampio. Cucina poco attrezzata, manca l’occorrente per preparare un caffè o un té: neanche un bollitore o una macchinetta moka/nespresso. Mi è stata rilasciata dalla struttura una ricevuta di circa 50 euro inferiore a quanto ho pagato su Expedia e alla mia richiesta di chiarimenti mi hanno detto che è quanto la struttura riceve realmente. Chiedo chiarimenti ad Expedia.
