There are bedbugs, so I, my wife and kids got a bunch of bites. After we were so sure about the problem, I made a complaint to the reception. However, the first reaction of them was that we might bring the bugs. Then the final reaction was that they did not find such problem so no responsibility they should take.

Nada salió bien, por motivos de que mi vuelo se retrasó y por lo tanto yo no tenía señal y que llegando a Milán llovía mucho el Uber no llegaba había mucho tráfico. El Hotel envio un mensaje a las 9:39 pm diciendo que el chek in era hasta las 10pm Les escribí diciendo que llegaria 10:10 Al llegar la persona de recepción está muy enojada me habló muy grosera y gritó a mi hija amenazando que no podía volver hacer eso. Lo peor es que me envió a un edificio que estaba fuera del hotel yo teniendo una cirugía reciente de rodilla ella silo me dio un mapa para llegar ahí en otro idioma y me dijo que si no entendía buscara en Google. me dio mucho miedo por qué no se veía nada seguro era una vencidas muy vieja y obscura . Y no era lo que yo había reservado. Al llegar la habitación nunca salió agua caliente, no sirvió la calefacción y pasamos una noche terrible, tuvimos que bañarnos con agua fría con este clima terrible y sin calefacción y sin poder pedir otra cobija. Lamento mucho esta terrible experiencia y para cerrar después que llegue 10:15 pm y salí 8;00 am pedí resguardarán mi equipaje y 3 hrs después que regrese por el. no me permitieron entrar al baño. Increíble y terrible experiencia.

the bathroom is broken and the washing machine has molds. the kithchen has no enough pots and no knifes. the airconditoner is not working even we told to the manager did not do anything.

Lovely apartment

The apartment was clean and fresh with modern decor. Staff in reception were very welcoming and helpful. Nice to have a small area to sit outside once the children went to bed. The water in the fridge on arrival was much appreciated after a day of travelling. There is a supermarket two minutes walk and navigli is only a five minute walk. Would happily stay here again.

We were traveling with a baby, so timing is never really on our side.. therefor our c/o was bit later, almost 35 min. Housekeeping kept asking us when to leave and even called the front desk on us… housekeeping was rude. C/i was great!

Our room was sparkling clean and well furnished. Beds, sheets, bathroom… everything was great. Staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms are quite and cozy. Would recommend!
