Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment is located in a strategic position, a few minutes walk from Mudec. In 15 minutes on foot (or alternatively with tram 14) you can reach Parco Giussani and the stops of the Metro line M4 "Coni Zugna" and line M2 Sant'Agostino (with a large assorted market every Tuesday and Saturday morning).

From Sant'Agostino you can easily reach (on foot or thanks to public transport in a few minutes) Sant'Ambrogio-Università Cattolica, while Porta Genova and the Navigli can be reached in about 6 minutes on foot.

-From the Central Station you can reach the apartment thanks to the Metro line M2 with Porta Genova FS stop, 8 minutes walk from the apartment;



-If you travel by car, in Piazza Napoli and Via Tolstoi you can find two garages (for a fee);
