The worse Holiday Inn Express I booked a room at this hotel then I sent messages to confirm the room I booked has two separate beds. No response. I kept sending more than 20 messages, literally 20, in the following days; still no response. At the time I checked in the hotel, I request to speak to the management. There was no manager at the hotel. The air con control panel at the room is broken. Stains on the carpet in the corridor are found. This particular Holiday Inn Express has serious management problems. I have stayed at many Holiday Inn Express and IHG hotels. This one is definitely the worse one.

I usually don’t review hotels but I did this time because of the excellent stay I had here. I was looking for a place to spend the night close to the Milan airport and I found this to be a great option. It is only a few minute drive to the airport. They were helpful with shuttle services. I was impressed with how clean and updated the hotel is. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for somewhere concert to the airport.

Free shuttle is not a hotel shuttle rather only airport shuttle that goes between the two terminals and should be more clear on the website or is a bit is leading to other hotels that offer a free shuttle. There for to keep in mind if you have a lot of suitcases, as there is also 5-10 mins walking involved. There is a hotel shuttle but you need to pay for it.
