The hotel is walking distance (250m) from train station even with luggage. Bed was very comfortable. Staff very friendly and allowed us early check-in which was excellent after overnight flight from US. Breakfast was also excellent.

The property and room was well maintained. The beds were comfortable. We did not have breakfast but the area look cheerful and clean. Instructions were lacking or inaccurate in the room ie useage of safe. The front desk staff were efficient but not friendly.

The hotel locates near the central train station which is very convenient. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is like a banquet and this is the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. Very friendly staff. Will stay again.

Hotel Bernina was a decent hotel, close to the train station. The only thing I would note is that the street noise is a bit much, especially if you want to open the windows at night for some cooler air. But overall, it was a decent hotel.

Great location, but check if A/C is working depend

We stayed at Hotel Bernina in April and were really impressed by the location — it’s incredibly convenient, right next to a metro station entrance, making it easy to explore Milan. That said, a couple of things to be aware of: The room was smaller than it appeared in photos, which made it feel a bit cramped, especially considering the amenities. Be sure to confirm with the hotel whether the air conditioning units are operational during your stay. When we visited at the end of April, the A/C was shut off for the season, despite being listed as available in the hotel’s description and booking sites. Our room got quite warm, and opening the window wasn’t ideal due to street noise and no mosquito screen. Just something to keep in mind, but overall, it’s a solid choice for the price and the location!

We spent a night at Hotel Bernina before leaving for Malpensa the following morning. We were able to walk to Milan Centrale within minutes. The room was very clean. It was a perfect spot.

Pablo at the front desk was EXCEPCIONAL! Very helpful in everything. Courteous. Breakfast was great, staff very accommodating with my baby, with high chair, etc. Great location. Good restaurants nearby & pharmacy. I would stay here again.

The location is good and the staff is nice. But my room was lacking. The bathroom smelled bad, the room phone and kettle didn’t work. It was small and noisy. There’s no space to open you luggage. You can hear everything in the adjacent room and hallway. The breakfast was good. I don’t think I will stay here again.
