GREAT location a couple of minutes walk from the station. It is clean, the room size ok for 3 adults for a short stay. Modern bathroom. Great breakfast - good variety. I would stay at this hotel just for the cost of the breakfast! I had avoided the centrale area previously because AI said it wasn’t the safest. The hotel is on a street of hotels and eateries. Would stay there again anytime.

The hotel was very conveniently located near the Milan Central station and nice restaurants. The room we stayed in was tired and skimpy in toiletries. One of the front desk guys was rude, very stressed out, and gave us the impression he was ready to explode.

I had a quick stay at Hotel Floral before flying out from Milan International Airport. The hotel is very much walking distance from the Milan Central Station. There's elevator and a nice reception of 24/7 Staff support.

The hotel's in a great location, just a short walk from the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful and you could store your bags after you've checked out. The room I had was small but all I needed. The breakfast was good and reasonably priced. It's a little bit of a walk to the downtown area, but you're close to buses and subways that can get you downtown quickly

Room was smaller than expected but still had everything we needed. The shower could have been cleaner. The staff in the breakfast area were not the friendliest. Overall, our experience was fine, but I wouldn’t rush to recommend Hotel Flora.

This hotel is a well located to the main train station and not far from the old part of Milan by foot or transport. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good!
