Worse hotel I ever stayed

Very old and dirty room, bed was not comfortable. The window in the bathroom was broken and didn’t close. The shower water was cold for 2 days. Breakfast was very poor I don’t understand how this hotel can be rated 4 stars Not recommended at all

La struttura è vecchia e completamente da ristrutturare. Innumerevoli le cose che non funzionavano: bidet che perdeva, telecomando TV, aria condizionata, cassaforte non utilizzabile, frigobar mancante. Unica nota positiva: la mia stanza singola aveva il letto a una piazza e mezza ed era confortevole come spazi. La colazione era buona anche se non c'era la scelta che ci si aspetta da un hotel di quella categoria. Con tutte queste pecche l'hotel non dovrebbe essere categorizzato come 4 stelle ed anche i prezzi dovrebbero essere abbassati notevolmente.

Wir haben das Hotel für 3 Nächte gebucht. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber renovierungsbedürftig. Hinzu kam, dass die Heizung nicht funktionierte. Zum Glück gab es eine Klimaanlage mit Heizfunktion. Das Frühstück lies zu wünschen übrig. Es gab 2 Sorten Toastbrot, aber weder Käse noch Wurst. Das Personal an der Rezeption war nicht immer freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht Zentral, punktet aber durch die U-Bahnstation nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Die Fahrt in die Innenstadt dauer ca. 20 Minuten (1 mal Umsteigen). Wir würden das Hotel erst wieder buchen, wenn die Zimmer renoviert sind.

Hotel qui a besoin d'être rénovée, vieillot. Les chambres d'un autre âges, Les fauteuils du salon avez les bras tous usez. Une remise au goût du jours s'imposent. Sinon le personnel superbe
