Service, Comfort, and Delicious Breakfast!

Fantastic service and convenient location on Tram line 14 (one of the main ones) and a 1 minute walk from Tram line 1. Excellent breakfast as well! Beds were firm memory foam; I don't usually like a firm mattress, but these were amazing. Excellent sleep had every night, and the room was very quiet!

I checked out early because I did not feel welcomed or comfortable at this hotel. During my stay, I was repeatedly questioned when walking through the lobby and asked for my name and room number nearly every time. After it happened multiple times, it made me feel singled out and uncomfortable as a guest. I understand hotels need to verify guests for security, but the repeated questioning felt excessive and made my stay unpleasant. I ultimately left early and booked another hotel because I no longer felt comfortable staying there.

Hotel is old and very far away from everything. (A 40min bus ride or 20 min cab from the station). Ac was not working when we arrived and we were told to open the windows. Breakfast is very basic. It’s not a 4 star hotel. More like a 3 star.
