Property is chic and clean. Love the layout of our junior suite. Bathroom is beautiful and WiFi was strong signal. There is a nice cafe inside the hotel and during after hours they have light snacks and beverages for guest. Best little coffee station ever. There are some nice all you can eat buffet Asian options right across the street from the hotel and a quaint cafe which makes the best espressos around. Buses right across the street take you into the center in minutes! I highly recommend this hotel

The hotel was good but it is quite far from the center and there is no metro near just the tram which is very old and slower than a metro

Bar didn’t open til 5:30, dinner wasn't served until 7, which was too late, in our opinion. Shower gel container was empty, there was only enough coffee and cups for one person but the room was a triple. There was no creamer .

DIRTY! SO MOLDY. Think twice.

DIRTY!! Moldy bathroom, smells like mold from the bed sheet, hair dryer is broken, safe is broken, conditioner smells like urine, dead bug between the sheets and cover. I wanted to leave so bad but the hotel wouldn’t give me a refund. I feel like all the good reviews are fake or the ownership changed? Also it’s very far from Milan central. Anyways horrible experience.
