Great location. Nice hotel. Breakfast area was too crowded so we went across the street and paid for breakfast. A tab bit noisy at night. Overall we were happy.

The property is right in the center of Milan a few steps away from the Milan Cathedral. The room might be small but it is clean and functional. The staff are friendly and helpful. They also serve a full breakfast which is wonderful. I highly recommend this place.

AVOID

Imagine walking into the dirtiest nail salon you can imagine, and there you go. A stiff bed, hard pillows, and a bathroom that's so small you have to sit side-saddle on the toilet because the sink placement prevents you from sitting properly. Additionally, please leave your keys with the front desk before exiting the hotel for the day. Skip this hotel and find something else; it's simply not worth it. Most hostels out there are better options.

Decently comfortable bed. The A/C blows directly on the bed. The bathroom is tight and shower head needs replaced. But clean and sufficient for a good night’s sleep, which is all I want in a solo hotel stay.

We didn’t notice anything that we were afraid of from the bad reviews. Noise can be at any hotel, room neighbors are unpredictable, just have your earplugs with you! We really enjoyed this cozy, comfortable, clean property, extremely friendly and caring staff, in the central historical location. 👌👍

Excellent location right in the heart of Milan, 1 min walk to piazza Duomo. Hotel itself is a bit outdated, but convenient enough. Breakfast area is very small and you might need to wait for a table in am. Staff is very polite, accommodating. Overall a nice stay.

Perfect location for sight seeing being just around the corner from Duomo square Small room, large bathroom, but everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was included free which was a bonus. Stored our bags after checkout so we could collect later. Overall happy with our no frills stay, good price and excellent location.

I booked three nights at this hotel in central Milan but checked out about five minutes after checking in. It was grimy, dingy, dirty, pokey and sketchy. The woman on the front desk was sour and even more unpleasant when I told her I couldn't stay there. I lost one night's payment, but I just couldn't see myself staying there. I'm not that fussy a traveller ... clean, safe and affordable are my standards ... but this place was awful.

The hotel is very old, it has no instructions of how to flush the toilet, the blonde lady in the front desk is not nice; breakfast starts too late at 7:30, when you travel tours start at 7 so breakfast is kind of useless, the day I did had breakfast in the hotel, was wonderful and the bed is comfortable, in general hotel is ok, not great but not bad
