The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was well appointed but a little small. The added bonus of mini bar, brunch and evening snacks was a good addition. A 20 min walk to the Cathedral and close access to the Metro was also a reason to stay here.

Confortable Welcoming Relaxing

Excellent 3 night stay in Milan at this hotel. Good location a comfortable 15 minute walk from main train station and 3 minutes to nearest metro. Helpful and friendly staff available any time of day. Very clean and comfortable room (maybe a little tight size wise)…clean and functional gym space with a good mix of equipment, towels, sport drinks and 24 hour coffee and snacks nicely presented and available. I would go back without hesitation!

Such complete & pleasurable guest experience!

The hotel was wonderful and could not do enough for my wife & daughter. Snacks and drinks available throughout the day is such a nice touch. When needing local advice and guidance the staff were so helpful. Some hotels just operate as a base from which to explore but this hotel really put the icing on the cake of a fantastic break in Milano

Great boutique hotel, provide snacks, food and drinks, beer and wine at no extra cost throughout the day. Breakfast okay, selection could be better. Great service from bell boy, while getting into the taxi on our departure i forgot to get water so the bell boy ran up four flights of stairs and down to get us two bottles of fresh water. Marvin the concierge!reception was very approachable and informative on things to see. Only issues I had was that they didn’t change the bed linens until I mentioned it on the third day of my 4 night stay. Close to a subway station M1 line and central train station, convenient location with many retails shops. I would highly recommend, be careful at night if walking alone.

The staff are very accommodating. There is free food and drink throughout the day. There is a 24/7 coffee, tea, water and other drinks station that also always has snacks. The hotel is clean. Couldn’t believe how much free food/drink there was for customers.

Staff were very welcoming and as the reception checked us in, the staff suggested we help ourselves to free drinks/snacks from the bar. We were also invited to take advantage of the appetitive where snacks and drinks are available in the early evening for free. Food provided was lovely and there was plenty to choose from. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel. The weather was bad the night we stayed at the hotel, so we didn’t venture outside that evening because the hotel was so good.
