The service was great. Everyone was super friendly. The room was very clean and we had everything we needed. We traveled with kids and they felt safe. We were close to important landmarks. Breakfast was included and delicious. You can eat in a nice terrace with view to wonderful city of Milano.

Nicely appointed hotel. Spacious bedroom. Very clean. Everything worked. Excellent buffet breakfast. Very handy to Garabaldi train station and metro . Good 30 min walk to historic sites. Some noise from nearby nightclub decanting at 4/5 am Plenty of restaurants in area . Would not feel comfortable walking in the area after closing times.

Theres was alot of noise from the rooms on the floor from around 12am to 5am in the morning, i rung the front desk but the problem persist and made multiple calls to the front desk and the air conditioning unit was making a loud noise every 2 mins , overall not a great stay and i wont be staying again here

Noisy, no HVAC, windows open to another building rooftop with mechanical equipment! Very pricey for a noisy room, breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful! Reception staff was friendly and helpful! The building is missing insulation and sound control system even though it is near a night club with extremely loud music and patrons.

Lovely hotel, very quiet but having no air con was a bit of an issue. Temperature of the room being 24 degrees is very uncomfortable at night.

there is a disco every night till 5am - this was not mentioned in the literature anywhere. the noise is unbelievable. you have to keep your windows closed otherwise its extremely loud. the staff are very friendly.

Liked that the property was well located for local sight seeing. Didn’t like that everything was chargeable at the hotel, including water which was much needed in the warm rooms. When asked if we could have a bottle of water in the room we were only offered bottled water that was charged. Some of the staff were also quite rude at times, others were pleasant and very helpful.

Nice

The hotel is very nice, rooms are big and comfy with a nice shower. The WiFi is the only service which isn't really up to the level, very slow and patchy. Very good breakfast. Would definitely come back
