Staff were super helpful, let me store some luggage for a couple of days at no extra charge and helped with taxis and providing water. Breakfast was well priced and so many choices. Good location near Garibaldi station, porta nuova, Corso como, brera.

Pros:Good location, its cleanliness, breakfast was excellent.
Cons:Nothing that comes to mind.
Location:Within walking distance to shop, town.
It was a short taxi ride rom the main railway station which was good for me as I had flown in from New York and had caught the bus from the airport. Both the bus and taxi prices ware reasonable. As I had never been to Milan before the hotel was wonderful for the reasons listed below.
First impression was that I was impressed.
