Newly renovated. The room is clean, accessible to metro, employees are all very accommodating, polite and very helpful, We left at 6am and able to have a quick breakfast eventhough they start serving at 7am. We will definitely chose this hotel again

The shuttle was good the price was very expensive, the refrigerator never worked because maintenance never showed up.Staff stayed the maintenance man was not end ir they are going to send but nothing got fixed. The TV has one language...Italian I speak English.

The property was out of way and not convenient to dining or activity options. We were only there for one night so this was not a great inconvenience for us and the property did abut a small lake and was not entirely unpleasant. the parking garage was small and the access to the property limited. Our impression was that most of the other guests were workers on a local project rather than people on holiday. the rooms were decent with the exception of the inconvenient shower setup. the towel rack was at the rear of the tub and the shower in the middle so that you either had to stand in a small area at the front of the tub or with your back to the shower curtain. We did get the breakfast which was a continental buffet with good options and a coffee machine to make any coffee drink you desired. the staff were friendly and did open up a secondary room when the main room was full upon our arrival to breakfast.

Great place if you have a car. To get to central Milan, just drive to Famagosta station which is 15-20min away and leave your car at Parking ATM Famagosta (around 4 € per day). From there it’s just 10 mins to Duomo by train
