Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort

"Nightmare"

Awful communication and totally disorganized company. After forgetting to provide the amenities such as shampoo and body shower, as well as dish liquid and sponge...I had to wash the dishes with a soap and dry with a body towel. They did not manage to sort such a small issue quickly enough for us to have a comfortable stay. I was there for work and needless to say this stress was not needed! Even the employee quoted the situation as being a nightmare. Extremely pricey stay for what you get...Good location is the only plus.
