The AC didn't work. It was like 31 C indoors the whole week, and they spent the week gaslighting me that I was too dumb to work the remote control. There was also a large beetle that seemed to live under the wardrobe in the bedroom. The apartment was beautiful, well located and clean other than the beetle, so if you can sleep hot it's a decent option.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at [Hotel Name] on [Date]. Upon my arrival at approximately 9:45 PM, I discovered that there was no electricity in my room. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I received no response for a considerable period of time. When I finally reached a staff member, she did her best to assist me, and I appreciate her efforts. However, we spent nearly two hours troubleshooting the issue, which included going up and down the hotel to locate the main fuse and meter. It was not until around midnight that the problem was resolved. By that time, I was extremely tired and hungry, which further compounded my frustration. This ordeal significantly impacted my stay, and I was unable to rest properly or enjoy any amenities. Given the inconvenience and distress caused by this situation, I am requesting a full refund for my stay on [Date]. I believe this is a fair request considering the circumstances and the lack of service that I experienced. Please let me know how this matter can be resolved. I look forward to your prompt response.

Disappointing !!

Electricity went off in the apartment. Called italianway customer service with no answer, e-mail with no response, my husband is a builder, he went to the basement of building and fixed it, and that is not a vacation. Beautiful apartment great location until you need help, .

Enjoyable Apartment and Location

Apartment and location were excellent. Only hiccup was that we were given the wrong set of keys to the apartment. Was resolved with a quick phone call and Italianway Apartments representative did deliver the correct set and assisted us with our luggage to the apartment. Just the inconvenience of not getting into apartment straight away after travelling several hours from early morning start.

Lambro 12 is located very centrally fee steps away from Porta Venezia train and subway station. New furniture and recent Clean apartment. Nice apartment in quiet court. It looks indeed like in the pictures on Italianway website. Road might get noisy on saturday evenings due to clubs. A welcome bottle of water would have been appreciated. ItalianWay: good friendly staff, service call centre very busy on weekends, if you have an issue it could take ages to get an answer

No conseguimos información en español pese a decir reiteradamente que no sabíamos inglés. Como no podíamos contactar con ellos nos fuimos directamente al alojamiento, no encontramos a nadie y cuando conseguimos hablar con la agencia nos obligaron a volver a la estación central de tren a recoger las llaves. Perdimos todo el día. El apartamento está bien pero no funcionaba la cisterna y daba a un patio bastante sucio. S. G.
