The night front desk staff is really great!! Super smiley and kind :) Great vibe! The hotel is new and very aesthetically pleasing, designed to look high end. The bed is so so comfy so we had a great nights sleep! The only downfall for me is the lack of complimentary water I fell like that would go a long way. The area isn’t so pretty but very convenient! Metro and tram stop just a few minutes walk away. Most importantly, a great 24h garage parking for a great price But overall,

Nice basic hotel in Milano

Nice place near the train. It’s basic but had a nice design, prettiest building on the street. We took advantage of the bikes for rent in front of the hotel. Reception team was very professional and friendly

Asked for a room with a bath due to my sore bones but no reply and no bath constantly asking for the ac to be turned down from 24 to 18 for staff to lie they had done it and then turning it back . The lack of hot water coming out tap and shower only look warm never hot , never mind how long i let it ran being a heating engineer and train legionaries tester i was just being fobbed off just to save money on a plus all staff were fantastic

This place is definitely not family friendly. We booked a family room, but it was very small only about 15 by 15 feet—with no seating area. There was no coffee maker, no drinking water in room and the overall space was quite cramped. The staff was also very rude; when we asked for five pillows they only provided one. We arrived late due to a flight cancellation. Despite this, they charged us for one night regardless of the situation. Also the pictures provide likely AI-generate are misleading, as the actual room is much smaller than what is shown. Overall, our experience was disappointing.

Attentive staff and modern 4 star hotel.

Nice modern and clean hotel but the neighbourhood wasn’t as nice as I’d hoped. Not too far from the Metro and 10 minutes walk to Milan Central train station as well. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hairdryer didn’t work, but they got it sorted within minutes and made a steamer available as there were no irons in the rooms. Would recommend hotel to other couples and the large bed and air aircon made the stay comfortable.

First city break experience in Milan. The property is fine and good place to rest when experiencing the city, as local to metro station links around 10mins walk from the hotel. Good experience especially from the staff.

This hotel falls short in several areas for a property rated "four stars" The mattress was quite firm and very thin with only one pillow provided each and a lightweight blanket, which may not suit all guests’ preferences. There were no in-room ironing facilities available; instead, guests are directed to a basement conference room where an iron is attached to a fixed chain, making it a little awkward to use. Service at the reception could have been warmer and more engaging. On a positive note, the location is convenient — within easy reach of the city centre and about a 15-minute walk to the Duomo.

Vi brukar aldrig klaga men denna gången måste vi. När vi kom till hotellet sa personalen att de skulle uppgradera oss till ett bättre rum. Vi skulle ha utsikt mot staden men hade bara mot ett hus sim var under renovering. Rummet var jätte dammigt. Tv:n kunde man inte titta på pga räckena som var framför sängarna. Duschen droppade hela natten. Vi ville i te ens ha en uppgradering på rummet. Inte värt hälften av pengarna vi gav. Allmänt hotellet var bra och frukosten och personalen var jättebra.
