This is an investment unit used for tourists and profit maximization, meaning they do as little maintenance as they can get away with. When we rented for a week, the kitchen faucet was just hanging in the hole of the counter. When we mentioned this, we were told the prior renters had destroyed the faucet, but because water was still coming out, it was deemed useable. The toilet seat was also completely loose. Paint is peeling off the towel heater in the bathroom and off some walls. Shower and sink drain drained very slowly, until we unclogged the shower drain ourselves. Flooring is dirty in spots and the cushions of one sofa are completely flat. Like we said. No maintenance or pride of ownership. Positives: very good location with lots of restaurants nearby. Two TVs, a/c, good beds, 2 BRs. Overpriced at more than 500/night.
