No parking. Unloading your suitcase can be very challenging in front of the hotel not to say that you have to drive a mile to get to the municipal parking. Hotel location is good next to all the shopping and walkable. If you’re planning on renting a car, I suggest getting a different hotel with parking.

Great staff. Very helpful. Location is great also. The room was a bit tired. Carpet needs cleaned. Minimal breakfast bar. Mediocre compared to the one at their sister hotel in Venice. All in all this is a great spot and a we recommend it.

AMAZING location just steps away from the Duomo and shopping gallery. Restaurants, souvenir shops, and other shopping just seconds away! The hotel staff is great! So friendly and helpful with getting taxis. When we arrived, we were greeted with a glass of champagne, which was really nice. I had a large beautiful room and bathroom with such a comfortable bed! My room had a small bottle of complimentary wine and water. There is a mini bar that you pay for and a coffee machine. The hotel has a small area in its lobby with complimentary pastries, juice, and coffee. The lobby is a little tired and dirty looking, but the rooms were really large and so wonderful, that I could overlook that.

This place is not how it looks on here or on their site. It’s old and very rundown. The carpets all have stain and the walls are missing paint. We did not enjoy our stay here.

Absolutely stay here!

This hotel was fantastic. We had a Junior Suite which worked out perfectly, as we were traveling with our daughter. The room was spacious and had terrific amenities. The staff was beyond welcoming and helpful. The location is ideal. You can't ask for much more.

Perfect location

The location could not have been better !! An early check in would have been appreciated. And we received no communication when the room was ready. Appreciated their restaurant recommendations they were amazing. Eat at mercurio right across the street! Hard to find but a fine stay. Felt very safe in the area.

We had the superior double room. It was quite spacious for Europe. It is listed as a double bed, but it's actually a king bed. The bathroom was enormous, and had a stand up shower as well as a soaker tub. It also offered shampoo, conditioner and body wash, as well as hand lotion. Location was great, just steps to the Duomo and the Metro entrance. Walkable to the Brera district for better meal options. Easy walk to the Castello and Sempione Park. Carpets were stained, but we just wore the provided slippers. Good storage for luggage and belongings. Room had a mini bar that you could use for your own items as well as buy what they offer. Staff were incredibly helpful with recommendations, as well as printing off tickets for the football game we attended. Would definitely stay here again!
