La gestion via Homeby (qui représente l’hôte) est très fastidieuse, et médiocrement efficace : par exemple, il n’y avait pas d’ouvre-boite, la réponse a été de regarder dans le tiroir, ce que nous avions bien entendu préalablement fait ! La TV ne fonctionnait pas, on nous a répondu d’appuyer sur le bouton de la télécommande !!! C’est très désagréable d’être pris pour des idiots ! La propreté de l’appartement était quelconque, l’équipement de cuisine était indigent (pas de bouilloire et une casserole riquiqui, une petite cafetière Bodum sans le récipient en verre, 2 cafetières italiennes de taille lilliputienne : prendre un petit-déjeuner sur place demandait beaucoup de patience …), la sdb vieillotte, joints des carreaux de douche moisis, goupille d’une des 2 charnières de la porte de douche quittant constamment son orifice, la « chambre » en mezzanine d’une hauteur telle qu’il faut rejoindre le lit à 4 pattes, etc …Vraiment dommage, car l’appartement est très bien situé, et globalement assez vaste ; manifestement, le propriétaire n’assure aucun entretien ou suivi depuis des années, et confie ce travail à des « prestataires » peu regardants !

Große Wohnung, moderne Möbel, verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Falsche Angabe bezüglich Eignung für ältere Leute- konnten das 2. Schlafzimmer nicht nutzen: eine Art Empore , 1.40 Deckenhöhe, enge steile Treppe ohne Handlauf, oben 20 cm neben dem Bett freier Fall 2.50 auf die Treppe. Diverse Mängel (Fenster, Heißwasser).
